OBJECTIVE

Aspire is a dynamic training experience aimed at increasing both personal and interpersonal effectiveness. During this workshop, participants will experience interactive exercises and case studies focused on three core workplace skills — constructive dialogue, decision-making, and accountability. They will learn how to navigate challenging conversations, weigh alternatives and evaluate consequences before making decisions, as well as, become the true owners of the work they are responsible for. This workshop will provide the mind-set and skill-set needed to consistently enhance individual effectiveness and achieve business results.
