She has also been a keynote speaker on many organization development and HR strategy related topics.

Her broad-based experience spans over 20 years and includes all areas of human resources, talent management, and organization development in industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, consulting and financial services. Sandhya’s corporate experiences include well-known companies such as Le Meridien, Ingersoll Rand, Citibank, Hewitt Associates, GAF materials corporation and Flowserve. She excels by assessing business needs and identifying leadership and talent priorities to drive business performances. Sandhya has outstanding assessment, process improvement, influencing and coaching skills and blends credible thought leadership and approachability.
