Biography

Sandhya is a leader in developing innovative talent strategies for a diverse group of top organizations across the globe. In addition to being a renowned expert in leadership, human capital strategy and organization culture, Sandhya has led talent and organization development functions for several major corporations. She has also been a keynote speaker on many organization development and HR strategy related topics.

Her broad-based experience spans over 20 years and includes all areas of human resources, talent management, and organization development in industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, consulting and financial services. Sandhya’s corporate experiences include well-known companies such as Le Meridien, Ingersoll Rand, Citibank, Hewitt Associates, GAF materials corporation and Flowserve. She excels by assessing business needs and identifying leadership and talent priorities to drive business performances. Sandhya has outstanding assessment, process improvement, influencing and coaching skills and blends credible thought leadership and approachability.

Sandhya is at home in any global setting. She is intellectually agile and able to rapidly integrate into a client’s organizational DNA. Her projects are known for high quality output, nimble changes, speed of delivery and excellent value. She is also distinguished by her ability to creatively synthesize and execute new models and paradigms from multiple academic and practitioner sources.

Sandhya has a PhD in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. She also has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and an MBA from Oral Roberts University. In addition, she is certified in numerous assessment tools.
