For over a decade, Mary has traveled the world opening hotels and resorts. Her international experience and her passion for people and their success is unparalleled. Mary takes a strategic, innovative, and custom approach when developing people and programs.
She graduated from Niagara University with a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management and B.A. in Spanish. Mary continued her professional studies at New York University in Human Capital Management and received her Executive Leadership certificate through Cornell University. She is a certified professional coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation and certified hospitality trainer.
