This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through ingenium.global, our contact forms, email and telephone communications, professional events, business-development activities and our services where Ingenium determines how and why the information is used.

This policy does not replace any confidentiality, data-processing or engagement terms agreed with a client. When we process personal information solely on behalf of a client, that client may be the controller or business responsible for the information, and its privacy notice and our agreement with it will also apply.

Please do not submit highly sensitive, privileged or confidential business information through the website contact form. Use an agreed secure channel when sharing engagement materials.

If your information was provided to us by your employer or another Ingenium client, questions about that organization’s purposes or legal basis should generally be directed to the organization first. We will assist our client with valid requests where required.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business and engagement records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations. We securely delete, de-identify or restrict information when it is no longer required.

Texas and other U.S. state rights
